ZeroZeroZero will receive its UK premiere on Sky Atlantic on Thursday 4 February at 9pm, with all eight episodes available to stream on demand from the same day.
Based on Roberto Saviano’s non-fiction book, ZeroZeroZero follows the journey of a huge cocaine shipment, from the Mexican cartels managing its production, to the Calabrian ‘Ndrangheta handling worldwide distribution, to the apparently respectable American businesspeople controlling the vast sums of money the trade generates. As the shipment crosses the world, it sparks an epic power struggle that reaches from street-corner dealers to the most powerful bosses in international organised crime.
Andrea Riseborough, Dane DeHaan and Gabriel Byrne star as the Lynwoods, a family running a New Orleans shipping company, alongside Harold Torres, Giuseppe De Domenico, Adriano Chiaramida, Noé Hernández, Tchéky Karyo, Francesco Colella and Claudia Pineda.
Led by Gomorrah director Stefano Sollima, the series was filmed across three continents and in six languages. It is produced by Cattleya and Bartlebyfilm with Sky Studios, Amazon Studios and CANAL+, and premiered on Sky Atlantic in Italy last February.
