Fleetwood v Arsenal Live Stream Details
Fleetwood v Arsenal is on Sky Sports, which has the rights to every Carabao Cup tie this season. It is one of two fourth round games on Tuesday night, with Bradford v Peterborough kicking off 15 minutes earlier. The game starts at 20.00 GMT at Highbury Stadium in Fleetwood on Tuesday 27 October 2026, in the fourth round of the Carabao Cup.
Arsenal came through the last round with a 4-2 win at Ipswich, having been 4-0 up by the hour mark. Last season’s beaten finalists are still chasing a first League Cup since 1993.
Mikel Arteta’s side have not lost in October. Wins over Nottingham Forest and Everton have taken them level on points with Manchester City at the top of the Premier League, and they drew 2-2 at Bayern Munich in the Champions League in between.
With a trip to Liverpool on Sunday, Arteta is expected to make wholesale changes. Max Dowman, who scored twice at Portman Road and has had only a handful of Premier League minutes this season, should start, with young defender Marli Salmon and forward Andre Harriman-Annous also in line for chances.
Bukayo Saka and William Saliba remain sidelined with quad and back problems respectively.
Riccardo Calafiori went straight down the tunnel at full time against Everton and is likely to miss out, though Arteta does not think the injury is serious, while Christos Tzolis is close to returning from a hamstring problem but may be kept back for Anfield.
Fleetwood are in uncharted territory. Matt Lawlor’s side have never been beyond the third round of this competition before, and they have got here without conceding, beating Chesterfield 1-0, Shrewsbury Town 4-0 and then Sheffield United 1-0 thanks to an own goal.
The Sheffield United win extended a strong unbeaten start to the season, but their form has fallen away since.
Back to back defeats at Cheltenham and Exeter have left them 18th in League Two, but Highbury has been a tough place to visit, with only one home defeat all season.
Midfielder Lewis McCann misses out after picking up a second yellow card of the competition against Sheffield United, which brings a one match ban, and Kane Thompson-Sommers remains a long-term absentee. Andy Cannon is back from injury and Rhys Bennett returns from suspension, which gives Lawlor more options.
The setting adds something to the tie. Fleetwood’s ground shares its name with Arsenal’s old home, which the Gunners left twenty years ago, and this is the first time the two clubs have ever met.
