France World Cup Fixtures: TV and Streaming Details
France’s first two group games against Senegal and Iraq are both on BBC One. The final group game against Norway is on ITV1, with coverage starting at 7:30pm BST.
France have made a devastating start to the tournament, winning both of their opening group games without conceding a single goal across the second match, racking up six points from six and already sealing their place in the round of 32 before their final group fixture.
They opened with a 3-1 win over Senegal on 16 June at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey, with Kylian Mbappe becoming France’s all-time leading scorer in the process. Michael Olise and Ousmane Dembele also got on the scoresheet, with Senegal’s consolation goal coming from 18-year-old Ibrahim Mbaye.
The second group game was an equally comfortable 3-0 victory over Iraq in Philadelphia on 22 June, with Mbappe, Bradley Barcola and Randal Kolo Muani all finding the net to leave France top of Group I with a goal difference of plus five.
The final group game is Norway v France at Boston Stadium in Foxborough on 26 June, with kick off at 8:00pm BST on ITV1. With qualification already secured, Deschamps is expected to make wholesale changes for that fixture, giving fringe players minutes ahead of the knockout rounds.
Norway also go into that game already through to the last 32, so the match is likely to be between two rotated sides with an eye on the knockout stage.
As Group I winners France face a round of 32 tie on Tuesday 1 July at 5:00pm BST, likely on BBC One.
Topping the group places France in the same half of the draw as Argentina, meaning a potential quarter final meeting between Mbappe and Messi could be on the cards if both sides continue to progress.
Should they get through the round of 32, the round of 16 would follow in early July, with the quarter finals between 9 and 11 July.
The semi finals take place on 14 and 15 July, with France’s potential semi final on Monday 14 July at 8:00pm BST in Dallas, on ITV1.
The World Cup final takes place at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey on Sunday 19 July, with kick off at 8:00pm BST. Both the BBC and ITV will broadcast the final.
