France v Iraq on TV: Live Streaming Details

France go into this match second in Group I and looking to seal their place in the round of 32 with a game to spare, having beaten Senegal 3-1 in an entertaining opener.

Kylian Mbappe was the star of the show against Senegal, becoming France’s all-time leading scorer in the process and also breaking Just Fontaine’s record for the most World Cup goals for the French men’s team. The 27-year-old is now just one goal shy of breaking the record for the most World Cup goals by a French player across the entire tournament.

Didier Deschamps is expected to make three changes from the side that beat Senegal. Bradley Barcola comes in on the left after scoring on his World Cup debut, with Lucas Digne replacing Theo Hernandez at left back and Manu Kone taking over from Aurelien Tchouameni in midfield.

There are minor doubts over William Saliba, Dayot Upamecano, Hernandez and Malo Gusto after France exercised caution with the defensive four in training, but all four are expected to be available if needed.

Iraq were beaten 4-1 by Norway in their opener and face a very difficult task to keep their knockout stage hopes alive. Graham Arnold’s side showed spirit and actually led briefly through Aymen Hussein’s equaliser, before individual errors allowed Norway to pull away in the final 20 minutes.

Hussein had a memorable night for all the wrong reasons, scoring to make it 1-1 before putting through his own net to restore Norway’s lead, becoming only the third player ever to score at both ends in a World Cup match.

Wide man Ali Jasim returned to full training after going off with a knock against Norway and is available for selection. There is also a question over goalkeeper Jalal Hassan, who had a shaky game in the opener, with Ahmed Basil pushing to take his place between the sticks.

Iraq are still without a single point in their two previous World Cup appearances, having lost all three games at both the 1986 and the 2014 tournaments. France have scored in 14 straight matches and will be looking to make it a comfortable evening in Philadelphia.
