The final day of Royal Ascot 2026 brings the curtain down on another memorable week of flat racing in Berkshire, with four Group races still to be decided on the closing Saturday card.

The Queen Elizabeth II Jubilee Stakes is the feature race and one of Europe’s premier sprints, run over six furlongs and open to horses aged four and older. The race regularly attracts runners from Britain, Ireland, France, Australia and Japan.

The Hardwicke Stakes opens the card at Group 2 level, with last year’s King George winner Goliath among the leading fancies under Christophe Soumillon.

The Norfolk Stakes is the two year old sprint of the day, with Ez Tina among the leading contenders in what shapes up as a competitive renewal.

The Wokingham Stakes is one of the biggest betting handicaps of the entire Flat season, with a large field expected over six furlongs on the straight course.

The card closes with the Queen Alexandra Stakes, the longest flat race run in Britain at two miles and five furlongs, with Le Destrier expected to go well under a big weight.
