What channel is Burnley v Wolves on?

Sky moved this one out of Saturday afternoon and into the Friday night slot, which is where it lands on Sky Sports Football. Both clubs confirmed the switch in the summer when the October to January television picks were announced.

It is the first of six televised Burnley fixtures between now and the FA Cup third round, and one of six Wolves games moved for television across the same stretch. Neither club is short of exposure this autumn.

Burnley have stopped losing.

Nicky Hayen went into the international break without a league win and looked to be in trouble, but five points from the last three games have changed the picture. A 4-0 win at Watford was the standout.

Charlton then came from behind twice at Turf Moor, equalising in the 96th minute, which will have taken some of the gloss off. Burnley have now drawn four of their five home league games this season.

Wolves have gone the other way. Beating West Brom before the break had Cesar Peixoto’s side looking settled, since when defeats at Middlesbrough and at home to Bolton have changed the mood at Molineux.

The 3-1 loss to Bolton was the more alarming of the two. Wolves have won two of their last seven in all competitions and have found the net three times in five.

Turf Moor has not been a happy trip for them in recent years either.
