BBC Three Sets UK Premiere Date For Good Trouble

BBC Three has set a UK premiere date for Good Trouble, with the first two seasons of the American drama arriving on BBC iPlayer on Sunday August 16th.

A spin-off from the family drama The Fosters, the series follows adopted sisters Callie and Mariana Adams Foster as they leave home and move to Los Angeles to begin life as young adults. Settling into a communal apartment building known as The Coterie, Callie takes a job as a law clerk while Mariana works as a software engineer, and the show widens into an ensemble piece about a group of twenty-somethings finding their way.

Maia Mitchell and Cierra Ramirez star as Callie and Mariana, having played the same characters in The Fosters. The series was created by Joanna Johnson, Bradley Bredeweg and Peter Paige for the US network Freeform, where it first aired in early 2019.

The drama is known for its diverse, Gen Z-focused storytelling, tackling subjects from workplace inequality to activism alongside its relationship drama.
