Farrell has made just three changes to the starting XV, showing faith in the group that got the job done last time out.
Ollie Chessum comes in for Joe McCarthy in the second row, while the powerful back row trio of Tadhg Beirne, Tom Curry and Jack Conan stays intact.
With a strong bench including Owen Farrell and Jac Morgan the side is packed with big match experience.
The Lions are pretty much well positioned to finish the job and claim their first Test series win in Australia since 2013.
For the Wallabies, Saturday’s clash is do or die. A victory would level the series 1-1 and set up a thrilling decider in Sydney on August 2.
It’s difficult to see anything other than a Lions win to wrap up the series.
