E4 Sets UK Premiere Date For ‘The 100’ Season 2

The 100 S2The second season of The CW’s dystopian drama The 100 will receive its UK premiere on E4 on Tuesday January 6th at 9pm, it has been announced.

Created by Jason Rothenberg, The 100 is set 97 years after a nuclear war has destroyed civilization. A spaceship housing the lone human survivors sends 100 juvenile delinquents back to Earth to investigate the possibility of re-colonizing the planet. The drama is produced by Warner Bros. Television and stars Eliza Taylor, Isaiah Washington, Henry Ian Cusick, Marie Avgeropoulos, Paige Turco, Kelly Hu, Christopher Larkin and Thomas McDonell.

In the opening episode of the show’s second season, titled The 48, Clarke is still alone in the white room, frantically trying to make sense of her bizarre surroundings, while the fate of Bellamy, Finn and Raven is still unknown. Lincoln and Octavia’s daring plan is thwarted and an enemy returns. Meanwhile, Abby, Kane and the survivors of the Ark must face physical and moral dilemmas in their dangerous and beautiful new world; and Jaha makes a heroic decision.
