Watch Sets UK Premiere Date For ‘Primeval: New World’

Canadian science-fiction series Primeval: New World will receive its UK premiere on the UKTV owned Watch channel on Tuesday January 8th at 9pm, it has been announced.

Primeval: New World is a spin-off of the British series Primeval and follows a specialized team of animal experts and scientists that investigates the appearance of temporal anomalies and battles both prehistoric and futuristic creatures. The series is produced by Impossible Pictures & Omni Films and stars Niall Matter (Eureka), Sara Canning (The Vampire Diaries), Miranda Frigon (Heartland), Geoff Gustafson (Hot Tub Time Machine) and Danny Rahim (Eastenders). The show’s first season consists of 13 episodes and is currently airing on Space in Canada and is due to premiere on Syfy in the US in 2013. In the show’s premiere episode, titled The New World, prehistoric creatures start appearing in Vancouver and it falls to a small team of civilians to handle the deadly predators, and to investigate the anomalies in time they’re coming through.

    I really enjoyed this series just like the previous series of primeval. I find it is a real disapointment that it is not airing any more seasons of this.

    I dont know if me making this comment will show that the series was better than the creators thought but there are fans like me that dont comment on the shows so bring it back and carry the series on already.
