The CW Picks Up ‘Flash’, ‘The Messengers’, ‘iZombie’ & ‘Jane The Virgin’ To Series
On the heels of renewing Beauty and the Beast, Hart Of Dixie and The 100, The CW has now made calls on their pilots. The network has picked up The Flash, The Messengers, iZombie and Jane The Virgin to series. In addition, The CW has passed on the Supernatural spin-off which, despite early buzz, was greeted with a largely negative reaction when the backdoor pilot aired earlier this month.

The CW has renewed Beauty & The Beast, Hart Of Dixie and The 100, whilst also cancelling bubble series The Carrie Diaries, The Tomorrow People and Star-Crossed.
Lifetime has given the green-light to The Red Tent, a two-part mini-series adaptation of the bestselling novel of the same name. The mini-series enters production later this month on location in Morocco for a Fall 2014 premiere.
Starz has set a premiere date for their 16 episode series 'Outlander' and unveiled the key art for the drama from Ronald D. Moore.
USA Network has given a cast-contingent pilot to a potential hour-long drama titled Stanistan and unveiled their scripted development slate which includes dramas, comedies and limited event series from such talent as Amy Poehler, Jodie Foster, Jessica Biel, Peter Tolan and Carlton Cuse.
