British actor Franz Drameh has joined the cast of The CW's proposed Arrow & The Flash spin-off, which is presently being eyed for a berth on the network's mid-season schedule. He has been cast as Jay Jackson, a former high school athlete, whose pro-career was derailed by injury. History UK has closed a deal with A+E Studios International to acquire the exclusive first run UK broadcast rights to miniseries Sons Of Liberty, which tells the story of the American Revolutionary War and features a cast that includes Breaking Bad's Dean Norris.
