Amazon Prime Video Sets Premiere Date For Paris Fashion Drama ‘The Collection’
Amazon Prime Video UK has announced that their first original drama series The Collection will premiere on Friday September 2nd. In a departure from how they unspool their US originals, Amazon has opted to air episodes of The Collection weekly. The third season of NBC's medical drama The Night Shift will receive its UK premiere on Sony Channel on Tuesday August 30th at 9pm, it has been announced.
Following a heated bidding war, involving multiple UK broadcasters, Spike UK has struck a deal with international distributor Sky Vision for exclusive UK rights to ABC's rebooted Battlebots, TVWise has learned. The 'substantial' multi-season deal with Sky Vision will also see Spike UK share rights with sister net Channel 5. Battlebots will initally air on Spike UK this Summer, before airing on Channel 5 at a later date.

After months of rumours HBO has confirmed that the upcoming seventh season of Game Of Thrones will be shorter. Rather than the ten episodes that have been ordered for the show's first six seasons, the network has instead only ordered seven episodes for next season.
Mere days before Star Trek: Beyond is due to be released, Paramount Pictures, Skydance and Bad Robot Productions have green-lit a fourth film in the rebooted Star Trek series, also known as the 'JJ-verse'. The fourth as-yet untitled film will see Captain James T. Kirk cross paths with a man he never had a chance to meet, but whose legacy has haunted him since the day he was born: his father. Chris Hemsworth is on-board to reprise his role as George Kirk. 
BBC One is moving forward with an adaptation of The Moonstone, more than four years after they first announced that they would be bringing the Wilkie Collins novel to the small screen. John Thomson (Cold Feet) and Sarah Hadland (The Job Lot) lead the cast as Sergeant Cuff and Miss Clack, respectively.
