Hillbilly Television Options Claire McGlasson’s Debut Novel ‘The Rapture’
Months ahead of it's publication, and after fending off fierce competition, Hillbilly Television has closed a deal to option the rights to Claire McGlasson’s debut novel The Rapture. The Rapture is set to be published by Faber & Faber next June after they pre-empted publishing rights in a "major deal" last September. Fulwell 73 has hired Whizz Kid Entertainment exec Caroline Roseman to serve in the newly created position of UK Head of Development. Roseman will work across Fulwell’s entire TV slate and will report to the indie's senior executives Heather Greenwood and Carly Shackleton.

E4 has acquired the exclusive UK rights to Pop TV's comedy series Let's Get Physical after striking a deal with international distributor Entertainment One (eOne). The series will premiere on E4 on Thursday May 3rd at 9:30pm.
