ITV’s ‘Vera’ Renewed For Ninth Season

It's been something of an open secret that ITV had renewed their Brenda Blethyn fronted crime drama Vera for a ninth season (the broadcaster had not formally announced that past few recommissioning cycles). They made that official today, with the announcement that filming is underway on the new season. Laurence Fox & Kate Fleetwood Join ITV’s ‘Victoria’ For Season 3

Laurence Fox (Lewis) and Kate Fleetwood (Harlots) have joined the cast of ITV's royal drama Victoria for its eight episode third season, which has now started filming for a premiere later this year. Fox has been cast as Lord Palmerston, the wayward Foreign Secretary; while Fleetwood plays Feodora, Victoria’s mysterious sister who makes an unexpected return into the Queen’s life.
