Philip Winchester Exits ‘Law & Order: Special Victims Unit’ Ahead Of Season 21
Fresh off of scoring a record breaking renewal, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit is losing a cast member. Philip Winchester (Strike Back, The Player), who plays Peter Stone, is exiting the long running drama ahead of its twenty-first season. The Stone character originated on the short-lived Chicago PD spin-off Chicago Justice and is the son of the mothership Law & Order's original lead prosecutor Ben Stone (Michael Moriarty), After Justice was cancelled, Winchester joined the cast of SVU in a recurring role for season 19, before becoming a regular in season 20. BBC One has released the trailer for their new comedy series Ghosts, which is set to premiere next month. 
SVU is breaking TV records. NBC has renewed Law & Order: Special Victims Unit for a twenty-first season. With the pick-up, the series breaks the record for longest running prime-time drama series that was previously jointly held by Law & Order and Gunsmoke. 
The third and final season of Easy will premiere on Netflix UK on Friday May 10th, it has been announced. 
The second season of Good Witch will premiere on Movies 24 on Sunday May 12th at 3pm with a double-bill, it has been announced. In the opening episode of the second season, titled Something Wicked (AKA Good Witch Halloween), as Middleton prepares to host its annual Halloween Fall Festival, Cassie is struggling to spark excitement among her daughter Grace and the rest of her family for their traditionally favorite haunted holiday.
