Christopher Egan, Alan Dale & Tom Wisdom Cast In Syfy’s Pilot ‘Dominion’
Christopher Egan (Kings), Alan Dale (24) and Tom Wisdom (Above Suspicion) have been cast in Syfy’s upcoming 90 minute drama pilot Dominion, TVWise has learned. The pilot, which is part of the network’s renewed push into scripted with the stated aim of having up to six scripted series airing on the network, is set to enter production later this month in Cape Town, South Africa.
TLC UK Eyeing October Premiere For Lifetime’s Drama Series ‘Devious Maids’
The first season of Lifetime’s drama series Devious Maids will premiere in the UK on TLC this October, the Discovery Networks International owned channel said today. That is a departure from the channel’s previous plans to debut the series in early 2014, something which they announced at the time of the acquisition of Devious Maids back in April of this year.

Sky Vision To Distribute Sky1’s ‘Moonfleet’ & Sky Living’s ‘Doll & Em’
Sky Vision – the recently launched international distribution division of satcaster BSkyB – has acquired the international distribution rights to two of Sky Entertainment’s upcoming original commissions: Sky1’s drama Moonfleet and Sky Living’s comedy series Doll & Em. Both will be launched to international buyers at MIPCOM 2013, with the creators and stars of Doll & Em, Emily Mortimer and Dolly Wells, also set to appear in Cannes to support said launch.
Sky Movies & Disney Team To Debut ‘Toy Story Of Terror!’ In UK This October
Sky Movies has picked up the UK rights to Disney Pixar’s Toy Story of Terror! – a 30 minute special featuring the characters from the Toy Story feature film series which is set to air on ABC in the United States in October. The special will also air on Sky Movies Disney in October, shortly after its inital broadcast on ABC state-side.
