AMC’s new drama series Halt and Catch Fire will premiere on Sunday June 1st at 10/9c. Created by Chris Cantwell and Chris Rogers, Halt & Catch Fire is set in the early 1980s and tells the story of the personal computing boom through the eyes of a visionary, an engineer and a prodigy whose innovations directly confront the corporate behemoths of the time. Their personal and professional partnerships are challenged by greed and ego while charting the changing culture in Texas’ Silicon Prairie. The drama series is produced by AMC Studios and stars Lee Pace (Lincoln), Scoot McNairy (Argo), Mackenzie Rio Davis (Smashed), Kerry Bishe (Argo), Toby Huss (Cowboys & Aliens) and David Wilson Barnes (The Bourne Legacy). The executive producers are Jonathan Lisco, Mark Johnson and Melissa Bernstein.
