Is Reading v Bradford City on TV?
It is, on Sky Sports+. Kick off at the Select Car Leasing Stadium is 15.00 BST on Saturday 3 October 2026. Sky Sports+ carries the full League One and League Two three o’clock programme, so every EFL game in this slot is available to Sky Sports subscribers through the app and the Sky Sports+ streams.
Reading sit ninth and are unbeaten in two, a 2-0 home win over Notts County followed by a 2-2 draw at Wycombe in which they led twice and were pegged back both times.
Jack Marriott has carried them, with eight goals in seven league games. The Select Car Leasing Stadium has been kind too, with three straight league wins on home soil.
Bradford are top of the table.
A point clear of Sheffield Wednesday, the Bantams have won their last five in all competitions, beating Mansfield Town, Leyton Orient, Notts County, Luton Town and Newcastle United’s Under-21s. They have conceded fewer than anyone else in League One and kept five clean sheets in seven.
This is their first game since Graham Alexander left to take the Preston North End job last week. Mark Trueman and Colin Doyle are in interim charge while a replacement is found, and how much that unsettles a side in this form is the question of the afternoon.
Reading are missing Andy Rinomhota, Jeriel Dorsett and Charlie Savage to international duty, with George Earthy injured. Josh Stokes is expected to play behind Marriott, with Kyreece Lisbie and Paddy Lane out wide.
Bradford lose Jon McCracken and Ibou Touray to Scotland and Gambia respectively, while Tyreik Wright and Josh Neufville are both injured.
