Is Millwall v West Hamon TV today?
Yes. ITV1 has Millwall v West Ham, shown as STV in Scotland, and both ITVX and STV Player carry it at no cost. Sky are showing it too, on Sky Sports Main Event and Sky Sports Football with a 4K feed on Sky Sports Ultra HDR. Kick off at The Den is 12.30 BST on Saturday 19 September 2026.
West Ham top the Championship on goal difference having won four in a row, scoring at least three in each of them, and they have six more goals than any other side in the division.
The 6-0 win over Wrexham last week was the pick of them. Tuesday’s 3-2 defeat to Fulham in the cup ended a six-game unbeaten run, though it does leave Nuno Espirito Santo with nothing but the league to think about until 2027.
Two clean sheets all season, both of them at the London Stadium, points to where the weakness lies. Six conceded in four away games across all competitions is respectable enough by comparison.
Joel Veltman is a fitness doubt after coming off early against Wrexham and missing the Fulham tie, with Kyle Walker-Peters ready to cover at right-back. Taty Castellanos is expected back in the side after Pablo scored on Tuesday.
Millwall are 11th and have lost four of six since 29 August, yet a win here would put them within a point of their neighbours. Four points from the last three league games, against Bolton, Blackburn Rovers and Middlesbrough, has kept them in touch.
Tuesday was the encouraging one, two goals up at the Riverside before being pegged back to 2-2. Against a side scoring as freely as Middlesbrough that is not a bad night’s work, even if Alex Neil will have wanted the other two points.
The defending is the worry. Thirteen goals have gone in across five Championship games despite a clean sheet against Bolton, and Alfie Doughty, Casper De Norre and Mihailo Ivanovic are all still out, though Luke Cundle was back in the squad at Middlesbrough.
Tairyk Arconte has three goals in six Championship starts and should lead the line again, with Lyndon Dykes dropping deeper. Millwall’s last home game of note was a 1-0 cup defeat to Newcastle earlier this month.
