My5 sets premiere date for Neighbours: Erinsborough High

Neighbours: Erinsborough High will premiere on Channel 5’s on demand service My5 on Monday November 11th, with all five episodes released at once as a box set.

The series is the first ever spin-off of the long running Australian soap Neighbours, and was commissioned directly by My5 rather than picked up as an acquisition.

Produced by Fremantle, the run of five 22 minute episodes is set among the Year Twelve students of Erinsborough High during exam season, with the disappearance of one pupil sparking a series of revelations.

It tackles subjects facing teenagers including bullying, sexuality, and parental and peer pressure, and its storyline runs in parallel with the main Neighbours on Channel 5, featuring both crossover and new characters.

The spin off features Neighbours regulars including Olivia Junkeer, Benny Turland and Georgie Stone, alongside Lachlan Millar, Grace O’Sullivan and Darius Amarfio-Jefferson. Jemma Donovan, Rob Mills and Sharon Johal also appear.
