Burnley stormed to reaching 100 points in the Championship last season to secure automatic promotion to the Premier League.

Though they missed out on the second division title on goal difference to Leeds United, the Clarets will be now hoping to ensure survival in the top flight.

Scott Parker’s men are unbeaten in pre season outings, with victories over Huddersfield and Stoke City, while drawing versus Shrewsbury Town in a split-squad contest.

The newly promoted side will kick off their Premier League campaign against Tottenham Hotspur next week, and Parker will be hoping to lead his side to a win in their final friendly as a morale booster.

The Clarets have brought in the likes of Kyle Walker, Quilindschy Hartman, Jacob Bruun Larsen and Loum Tchaouna as part of their survival quest. They have also signed Martin Dubravka from Newcastle United as James Trafford’s replacement, who left for Manchester City.

Lazio fans were gutted at the end of last season to see their team miss out entirely on European football despite having it within reach for the majority of the campaign.

The loss to Lecce in the final game of the season ensured Marco Baroni’s departure from the club and the return of boss Maurizio Sarri.

The Biancocelesti’s pre season began with a 1-0 victory over Avellino, but they fell to a defeat to Fenerbahce.

A 2-2 draw with Galatasaray restored parity to Lazio’s pre season outing results, but a win against Burnley will prove to be a significant one to build upon ahead of the new campaign.

Lazio have been unable to bring in new faces this summer due to a transfer ban. They will be without the likes of Patric, Samuel Gigot and Gustav Isaksen for the match due to injuries.
