It’s Official: Sky Living Greenlights Give Out Girls, Comedy Series From Big Talk Productions

Sky Living has handed a series order to Give Out Girls, a new female-led comedy from Big Talk Productions.

Created by Tony MacMurray and Hatty Ashdown, the show follows four women who scrape a living as “promo girls”, the people who hand out flyers, samples and freebies in shopping centres and on the high street. Between the eccentric clients, the awkward encounters with the public and their own chaotic teamwork, the job throws up no shortage of comic misery.

Diana Vickers, Kerry Howard, Cariad Lloyd and Miranda Hennessy lead the cast as four very different women thrown together by the work. Made by Big Talk, the company behind Rev and Friday Night Dinner, the series is due to air on Sky Living.
