Sky One’s street racing drama Curfew will premiere on Friday February 22nd at 9pm, it has been announced.
Curfew tells the story of ordinary people competing in the world’s fastest, most furious, illegal night-time street race. Desperate for their own reasons, the challengers risk everything as they race through the night from London to northernmost Scotland in their pimped-out, weaponised vehicles to win the ultimate prize — freedom from the totalitarian government curfew that controls their lives.
The drama series is produced by Tiger Aspect Productions in association with Moonage Pictures and stars Billy Zane, Miranda Richardson, Michael Biehn, Harriet Walter, Sean Bean, Adrian Lester, Phoebe Fox, Malachi Kirby, Robert Glenister, Aimee-Ffion Edwards, Rose Williams, Elijah Rowen, Guz Khan and Adam Brody. It was created by writer Matthew Read, who also serves as an executive producer alongside Will Gould and Frith Tiplady. Peaky Blinders helmer Colm McCarthy is the director.
