DiPillo, who has also enjoyed stints on such shows as NCIS, Mad Men and Emily Owens, M.D., will play Dr. Sarah Reese, an emergency room intern who’s fresh out of medical school. While DeVitto has been cast as Dr. Lilly Manning, a pregnant ER physician.
