UKTV’s W Channel Orders Emily Atack Observational Documentary
UKTV's W channel has handed out a four episode series order to Emily Atack: Adulting - an observational documentary series following the rise of Atack, who came second in last year's I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here. Emily Atack: Adulting follows Emily as she tries to answer the big life questions looming over her and the pressure she feels as she approaches turning thirty. The series has access all areas to Emily’s life and social media and each episode poses a question based on parenthood, dating and body image, which Emily will attempt to answer with the help of friends, family, her social network and beyond. 
UKTV's W channel has handed out a six episode series order to The Wedding Fixer, a new wedding series fronted by Sarah Haywood - one of the most highly respected wedding planners in the world. The Wedding Fixer follows Haywood as she battles to get couples weddings back on track amidst wedding day turmoil. Whether they’ve blown the budget bridezilla style, or the wedding dress company has suddenly gone bust, Sarah never knowingly holds back when it comes to telling everyone how things are meant to be done. Sarah will be there every step of the way to make their special day one to remember, for all the right reasons.
UKTV's W channel has ordered Ski A&E, a ten episode series following the medical emergency teams at Val Thorens - one of the highest ski resorts in Europe that attracts over 400,000 visitors each year.
W's original drama Flack will premiere on Thursday February 21st at 10pm, it has been announced.
UKTV's W channel has handed out a second season renewal to Emma Willis: Delivering Babies. Eight episodes have been ordered for the show's second season. Additionally, W has ordered a one-off special, titled Emma Willis: Meet The Babies, in which she revisits the parents and babies she met during Delivering Babies. Delivering Babies follows Emma on a busy maternity ward. In season one she was training on the job, while in season two she is a fully-qualified Maternity Care Assistant.
UKTV's originals push is paying off. Last year, original commissions were amongst the top-rated programmes on six of the channels (Dave, W, Gold, Drama, Yesterday and Really) across the network and also drove growth for VOD service UKTV Play.
W's original drama series Women On The Verge will premiere on Thursday October 11th at 10pm, it has been announced.
