Syfy UK Acquires CBS’ ‘Blood & Treasure’, Sets December Premiere
Syfy UK has acquired the UK rights to CBS' latest summer drama Blood & Treasure after striking a deal with international distributor CBS Studios International. The series, which has already been renewed for a second season, will receive its UK premiere on Syfy UK on Thursday December 19th at 9pm. 
The second and final season of CSI: Cyber is finally crossing the pond. CBS Justice, who recently aired the show's first season, have announced plans to air season two in 2020. This would mark the UK TV premiere for the second season after the previous UK broadcaster, Channel 5, opted not air it. CSI: Cyber is distributed internationally by CBS Studios International. 
2018 was a good year for the CBS UK channels. The portfolio of channels, which are owned by AMC Networks International and CBS Studios International, delivered a 2.7% share of commercial impacts - an all time high and 4% increase year-on-year. 
Dick Wolf's newest drama is crossing the pond. Sky has acquired the exclusive UK rights to the Law & Order super-producer's new procedural FBI after striking a deal with international distributor CBS Studios International. No word yet on a premiere date or which Sky channel it will air on. Additionally, Sky has also extended their licensing agreements for Hawaii Five-0, Madam Secretary, Elementary and The Late Late Show With James Corden and Hawaii Five-0; picking up additional seasons of all four shows.
