Alibi Orders Cat & Mouse Thriller ‘We Hunt Together’ From Gaby Hull & BBC Studios
Alibi has ordered their second original drama. Mere months after moving into scripted originals with Traces, the UKTV owned and operated channel has given the green-light to We Hunt Together, a six episode cat and mouse thriller from Cheat scribe Gaby Hull and BBC Studios. We Hunt Together begins with the collision of two extraordinary people; Babeni (AKA Baba), a former child soldier desperate to suppress his predisposition for violence, and Freddy, a magnetic and disarmingly charming free spirit. When Baba rescues Freddy from an attack following a date that has turned sour, something dark is ignited in them both.
UKTV's W channel has handed out a four episode series order to Emily Atack: Adulting - an observational documentary series following the rise of Atack, who came second in last year's I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here. Emily Atack: Adulting follows Emily as she tries to answer the big life questions looming over her and the pressure she feels as she approaches turning thirty. The series has access all areas to Emily’s life and social media and each episode poses a question based on parenthood, dating and body image, which Emily will attempt to answer with the help of friends, family, her social network and beyond.
UKTV's W channel has handed out a six episode series order to The Wedding Fixer, a new wedding series fronted by Sarah Haywood - one of the most highly respected wedding planners in the world. Whether they’ve blown the budget bridezilla style, or the wedding dress company has suddenly gone bust, Sarah never knowingly holds back when it comes to telling everyone how things are meant to be done. Sarah will be there every step of the way to make their special day one to remember, for all the right reasons.
