Worzel Gummidge is returning to the BBC. BBC One has commissioned three more episodes of the series that hails from and stars Mackenzie Crook. The three episodes - titled Guy Forks, Twitchers, and Calliope Jane - are set to air later this year.

Zoë Wanamaker (Harry Potter And The Philosophers Stone), Sir Michael Palin (Monty Python), Vicki Pepperdine (The Windsors), Steve Pemberton (Benidorm), Rosie Cavaliero (Gentleman Jack), India Brown (Hetty Feather) and newcomer Thierry Wickens are set to star opposite Mackenzie Crook (The Pirates Of The Caribbean) in the two-part adaptation of the books by Barbara Euphan Todd.
