ITV has teamed with NENT Group to commission Litvinenko, a four-part drama about the assassination of the former Russian FSB and KGB officer whose death in November 2006, triggered one of the most complex investigations in the history of the Metropolitan Police. David Tennant is attached to star as Alexander Litvinenko. 
Peaky Blinders is coming to an end. BBC One has announced that the Cillian Murphy fronted crime drama will come to an end with its upcoming sixth season, which just started filming. While the TV series is coming to an end, series creator Steven Knight has teased that "the story will continue in another form.” 
The Vicar Of Dibley In Lockdown will premiere on BBC One on Monday December 7th at 8:50pm, it has been announced. 
Bulletproof star Noel Clarke has been set as the lead in Viewpoint, ITV's police surveillance thriller series from Waking The Dead scribe Ed Whitmore and Tiger Aspect Productions. He will play Detective Constable Martin King 
The A Word is getting a spin-off. BBC One has ordered Ralph And Katie, a spin-off of the Peter Bowker penned drama series. Leon Harrop and Sarah Gordy are on-board to reprise their roles from The A Word. Six episodes have been ordered for the show's first season. 
The Other One will premiere on BBC One on Friday June 5th at 9pm, it has been announced.
