Sky One's Sue Townsend adaptation The Queen & I will premiere on Christmas Eve (Monday December 24th) at 6pm, it has been announced.

Sky One Orders New Comedies ‘Hitmen’ & ‘The Queen & I’; Renews ‘In The Long Run’ For Second Season

Sky is increasing their spend on original comedy. The satcaster's flagship channel Sky One has given the green-light to comedy series Hitmen and one-off The Queen & I, and renewed the Idris Elba created In The Long Run for a second season.
