BBC Two Releases New Teaser Images For ‘The Fall’ Season 3

the-fall-season-3-teaser-1After previously releasing two teaser shots, BBC Two has released three new teaser images from the upcoming third and final season of psychological thriller The Fall, which is set to premiere later this month. These new images, which were released ahead of a screening of the season three premiere episode at BFI tonight, show Jamie Dornan and Gillian Anderson in character as Paul Spector and Detective Superintendent Stella Gibson. One such image shows Gibson and the reflected image of Spector in a hospital room.

Gillian Anderson - The Fall S3BBC Two has released the first two-teaser images from the upcoming third and final season of the psychological thriller The Fall, which is set to premiere this Autumn. The two images in question show Gillian Anderson (The X-Files, American Gods) and Jamie Dornan (Once Upon A Time, Fifty Shades Of Grey) in character as Detetective Superintendent Stella Gibson, on secondment to the PSNI from London's Metropolitan Police Service, and Paul Spector, a serial killer who has been terrorising Belfast, respectively.

Stella Gibson is heading to France. French broadcaster NRJ 12 has acquired the first and second seasons of The Fall after striking a deal with ZDF Enterprises (who handle international distribution for the show's first two seasons across continental Europe). The series will premiere in France on NRJ 12 in 2016.

The critically acclaimed actress, who has also starred as Pathologist Tanya Reed Smith on the first two seasons of BBC Two's The Fall, has booked a guest starring role on the upcoming third season of BBC One's Douglas Henshall fronted drama series Shetland, TVWise has learned.
