Ratings: ‘Dark Matter’ Drops To 359K Viewers On Syfy UK

Dark Matter S1E3After registering marginal growth in its second week, Syfy UK's Dark Matter slipped slightly in the ratings with its third episode. The third outing of the sci-fi series, which originally aired on Monday June 29th, pulled in an average consolidated audience of 359K viewers. That is down by some 34K viewers or 9% on the 393K viewers who watched the previous episode. It is also down slightly on the 376K who tuned into the series premiere last month.

The space-opera series from former Stargate writers/executive producers Joseph Mallozzi and Paul Mullie kicked off its 10 episode freshman season with a consolidated audience of 370K viewers, way above the channel's 12 month slot average.
