Several days ahead of the series premiere, Starz has renewed Ash Vs Evil Dead for a second season to air in 2016. The network has not specified the size of the episode order, but season two is expected to consist of at least ten episodes - matching the size of the order for season one. 
Starz is staying in business with Curtis '50 Cent' Jackson. The premium cable network has signed the Power executive producer to an overall deal which will see him develop new projects for the network through his G Unit Film & Television banner. Under the two-year overall deal Jackson will also continue to serve as an executive producer on Power, which was recently picked up for a ten episode third season. 
Starz is teaming up with Mila Kunis and director Rob Zombie to develop Trapped, a half-hour horror comedy series that takes places over a single night in the home of a wealthy family under attack by a murderous cult. US premium cable network Starz has signed on to co-produce Close To The Enemy, BBC Two's six episode drama series from Dancing On The Edge writer and director Stephen Poliakoff, TVWise has learned. 
Starz's Tom Riley fronted period drama Da Vinci's Demons is to end its run with it upcoming 10 episode third season, TVWise has confirmed. The show's final run will premiere on the premium cable network on Saturday October 24th at 9/8c. 
Starz has released a trailer for the second season of their comedy series Survivor's Remorse, which premieres on Saturday August 22nd at 9:30/8:30c.
