After a (very) extended delay, the second and final season of the Syfy CDC drama series Helix is crossing the pond. Veteran comedy producer Bruce Helford, who co-created the CBS comedy series with Kevin James and Rock Reuben, is exiting as showrunner, TVWise has confirmed. He is being replaced by former Cheers scribe Rob Long, who has come on-board as the new executive producer and showrunner.
