Keeley Hawes & Max Beesley To Star In Sky One’s ‘The Midwich Cuckoos’
Keeley Hawes (Bodyguard, Spooks) and Max Beesley (The Outsider, Suits) have been set as the leads in The Midwich Cuckoos, Sky One's eight episode adaptation of the John Wyndham novel of the same name. Production on the series is set to get underway next month, ahead of a 2022 premiere. 
Too Close will premiere on ITV on Monday April 12th at 9pm, it has been announced.

Too Close tells the powerful story of how two women become dangerously close when fate forces them together. Dedicated forensic psychiatrist, Dr Emma Robinson (Watson) is not easily shocked. She’s worked with her fair share of high security patients. Then she’s sent to assess Connie for trial. Connie has a searing insight into Emma’s deepest insecurities and starts to brutally exploit them.
BBC One has set the cast for Mrs Wilson. Iain Glen (Game Of Thrones, Delicious), Keeley Hawes (The Durrells, Ashes To Ashes), Anupam Kher (Silver Linings Playbook, The Boy with The Topknot) and Fiona Shaw (Harry Potter, True Blood) have been tapped to star opposite Ruth Wilson (Luther, The Affair) in the three-part period drama.
