Sky One Orders Dawn French Fronted Drama ‘Roald & Beatrix’ For Christmas Schedule
Sky One has ordered Roald & Beatrix, The Tale Of The Curious Mouse - a one-off ninety-minute drama starring Dawn French that is inspired by the true story of when a six-year-old Roald Dahl meets his idol Beatrix Potter. It is being eyed as the centerpiece of Sky One's Christmas schedule. 
Channel 4 has renewed Dominic Savage's anthology series I Am for a second season. Three episodes have been ordered for season two - matching the size of the order for the show's first season. Suranne Jones (Doctor Foster) and Ashley Walters (Bulletproof) are set to star in one of the new episodes.

Bulletproof is extending its run. Sky One has ordered a three-part special for their cop drama. That is on top of the previously commissioned second season, which is expected to air in the spring.
Sky has announced plans to build a 32-acre state-of-the-art TV and film studio at Elstree. Sky Studios Elstree is being built with the backing on Sky's new owner Comcast and in partnership with sister-company NBCUniversal. It will be situated in the borough of Hertsmere. Legal & General are in the process of finalising a detailed design and expect to submit a formal planning application early next year.
After teaming together on both Chernobyl and the upcoming Catherine The Great, Sky and HBO are re-teaming to co-produce another six episode limited series, The Third Day. The Young Pope and Fantastic Beasts star Jude Law is attached the star. Production begins next month ahead of a 2020 premiere on Sky Atlantic and HBO.
