After serving as Acting Head of Comedy for the past two months, Jon Mountague has been officially promoted to the post. He succeeds Lucy Lumsden, who stepped down as Sky's Head of Comedy in September. Elsewhere, Sky1 Director Adam MacDonald is getting an expanded brief as part of an executive restructure following Stuary Murphy's exit and will now add responsibility for Pick and Sky Living to his remit.

Sky is adding a further two projects to their 2015 drama slate. The broadcaster has commissioned one-off drama Birthday starring Episodes alum Stephen Mangan as a pregnant man, which will air on Sky Arts; and The Five, Harlan Coben's first original television drama, for Sky Living.
