TLC UK, Oxfam Team For ‘Say Yes To The Dress’ Budget Special

TLC UK has teamed up with charity Oxfam for a special episode of their most popular franchise Say Yes To The Dress, which will see three brides-to-be getting their dresses from Oxfam's bridal boutique in Chippenham, Wiltshire.
