‘Santa Clarita Diet’ Cancelled At Netflix
Netflix has cancelled their horror-comedy series Santa Clarita Diet. The cancellation comes less than a month after the show's third season was released globally on the streaming service. The cancellation fits into a recent pattern at Netflix. The streaming service has been pulling the plug on series after three seasons, due in large part to the way their deals are structured. Only hits or shows picked up with a huge commitment (such as The Crown) tend to go beyond three seasons. 
Netflix's original horror comedy series Santa Clarita Diet has been picked up for the second season, the streaming service announced on Wednesday. Thirteen episodes have been ordered for the show's second season, which is set to premiere in 2018.
