Sky One Sets UK Premiere Date For ‘S.W.A.T.’ Season 4

Sky has secured the UK rights to ABC's drama series For Life after striking a wide-ranging deal with international distributor Sony Pictures Television. The series will air on Sky Witness. No word just yet on a premiere date. This wide-ranging deal with Sony Pictures Television also includes extensions to Sky existing licensing agreements for S.W.A.T., The Blacklist and The Good Doctor. S.W.A.T. and The Blacklist air on Sky One, while The Good Doctor airs on Sky Witness.
The second season of S.W.A.T. will receive its UK premiere on Sky One on Sunday June 23rd at 9pm, it has been announced.
Military drama SEAL Team, which recently started airing on this side of the pond on Sky One, has scored an early second season renewal from CBS. The network also renewed the Shemar Moore fronted S.W.A.T., which does not yet have a UK home.
CBS is extending the run of two of their freshman shows. The network has handed out a full season orders to their Shemar Moore fronted drama S.W.A.T. and a partial order to comedy series 9JKL. The orders are for seven additional episodes of S.W.A.T. (for a total of 20) and three additional episodes of 9JKL (for a total of 16).
