Colm Meaney, Paapa Essiedu & David Bradley Join Sky Atlantic’s ‘Gangs Of London’
Colm Meaney (Star Trek: The Next Generation, Star Trek: Deep Space Nine), Paapa Essiedu (The Miniaturist, Kiri) and David Bradley (Harry Potter, Game Of Thrones) have joined the cast of the ten part Sky Atlantic/Cinemax co-production Gangs Of London 
Pulse Films has optioned the rights to Lizzy Goodman's non-fiction book 'Meet Me In The Bathroom: Rebirth And Rock & Roll In NYC 2001-2011' - which was published by Dey Street Books earlier this year - with plans to adapt it as a four-part documentary series.
Pulse Films is expanding their unscripted division. The indie is drilling down on creating more innovative and culturally relevant content for the UK, US and other international markets. To that end, Emma Cooper has been promoted to lead the growing division as Managing Director, UK; succeeding Roy Ackerman who is exiting the company after 15 months.
Pulse Films - the indie set up by Thomas Benski (pictured) and Marisa Clifford in 2005 - is expanding their branded entertainment division with the hire of Eric Tu and Stephen Whelan, TVWise has learned. Tu, based in New York, and Whelan, based in London, will assume Executive Producer positions at Pulse, effective immediately. Working alongside the teams in their respective territories both Tu and Whelan will be responsible for expanding the company’s creative, strategic and production capabilities in the Branded Entertainment space.
