The better part of six months after it was taken out to the networks, Chuck Lorre's pot dispensary comedy Disjointed has landed at Netflix with a twenty episode straight-to series order. Additionally, Harry's Law and American Horror Story star Kathy Bates has boarded the project and will play the lead role. 
Close to two months after the show's second season dropped on the streaming service, Netflix has officially pulled the trigger on a third season renewal for their Kyle Chandler fronted drama series Bloodline. Netflix has handed out a ten episode series order to a Lost In Space reboot from Last Witch Untold scribes Matt Sazama and Burk Sharpless, TVWise has learned. 
Gilmore Girls is coming to Netflix. The streaming giant has acquired global streaming rights to the original seven season run of the show after striking a deal with Warner Bros. International Television Distribution, TVWise has learned. All seven seasons of the show will be available to stream worldwide on Netflix from July 1st. 
Netflix & CBC have found the lead for their co-production Alias Grace. Sarah Gadon (11.22.63, Murdoch Mysteries) has been tapped to play the part of real-life serial killer Grace Marks in the six episode miniseries, which is based on the Margaret Atwood novel of the same name, TVWise has learned. Netflix is moving into the reality space. The streaming giant has handed out a series order to an as-yet untitled reality series that will revolved around social media star Cameron Dallas, TVWise has learned. Netflix and Canadian public broadcaster CBC have picked up Alias Grace, a six hour miniseries, based on the Margaret Atwood novel, about convicted murderer Grace Marks, TVWise has learned. 
Anton Yelchin (Star Trek), Kelsey Grammer (Boss) and Ron Perlman (Sons Of Anarchy) have been set as the leads in Trollhunters, Netflix's animated family event series from Guillermo del Toro and DreamWorks Animation which is set to premiere this December.
