It’s Official: BBC One Orders Nancy Mitford Adaptation ‘The Pursuit Of Love’
Months after word of the project first leaked, BBC One has confirmed that they have ordered The Pursuit Of Love - a three-part adaptation of Nancy Mitford’s novel of the same name. Lily James and Emily Beecham are attached to star. 

After serving as Acting Head of Drama since the exit of Anne Mensah, Cameron Roach has been promoted to fill the position on a permanent basis. His official title is Director of Drama and Sky Studios. He will report to Gary Davey, Managing Director of Sky Content. Roach has already commissioned his first two scripted projects as Director of Drama: sci-fi series Intergalactic for Sky One and period drama Little Birds for Sky Atlantic.
Sky's production and distribution division Sky Vision is taking Curfew to MIPCOM in Cannes next month. Cast members Sean Bean, Phoebe Fox, Malachi Kirby and Billy Zane will all be in attendance on Monday 15th October to launch the street racing drama series to international buyers.
Sky One' eight episode street racing drama series Curfew has added former The O.C. star Adam Brody to its already impressive cast. Brody, who played Seth Cohen on the Fox teen drama, has been cast as - and kudos to Sky's press office for the alliteration here - mysterious megalomaniac millionaire Max Larssen.
Billy Zane (Titanic, Zoolander), Miranda Richardson (Stronger, Churchill), Michael Biehn (Aliens, The Terminator) and Harriet Walter (Law & Order: UK, The Crown) have joined the cast of Sky One's street racing drama series Curfew.
