U.S. Civil War drama Mercy Street will receive its UK premiere on UKTV's Drama channel on Sunday May 28th at 8pm, it has been announced.

UKTV’s Drama Channel Acquires PBS’ U.S. Civil War Drama ‘Mercy Street’

PBS first original scripted series in more than a decade is crossing the Atlantic. UKTV's Drama channel has secured the exclusive UK rights to Mercy Street, the U.S. public broadcaster's scripted drama series from Ridley Scott which is set during the American Civil War, after striking a deal with the distribution division of Dean Devlin's Electric Entertainment, TVWise has confirmed. The show's six episode first season is set to premiere on Drama in May.
