Wild Bunch TV has sold Medici: Masters Of Florence, the new series from Frank Spotnitz's indie Big Light Productions, to Netflix for the United States, Canada and India. Medici: Masters Of Florence will receive its UK premiere on Netflix UK on Friday December 9th, when the complete first season will be available to stream Netflix UK is adding two new series to their slate of exclusive titles. The UK arm of the streaming giant has secured the exclusive UK rights to the Syfy series Van Helsing and The Man In The High Castle creator Frank Spotnitz's new series Medici: Masters Of Florence, TVWise has learned. 
Frank Spotnitz's latest drama project Medici: Masters Of Florence is moving forward. The period piece set during the Italian Renaissance has landed an eight episode straight-to-series order from Italian broadcaster RAI and is set to enter production later this month in Italy. Dustin Hoffman (Luck) and Richard Madden (Game Of Thrones) are attached to star.
