A new X-Men action adventure drama from Marvel Television, 20th Century Fox Television and Matt Nix has landed at Fox with a hefty put pilot commitment, TVWise has learned. Additionally, TVWise has confirmed that fellow Marvel project Hellfire will not be going forward at Fox. With DC drama Lucifer pencilled in for midseason, Fox has set their sights on a Marvel project for the 2016-2017 season. The network has teamed with Marvel to develop hour-long drama series Hellfire, which hails from Evan Katz (24: Live Another Day), Manny Coto (24), Patrick McKay (Star Trek 3) and JD Payne (Star Trek 3), TVWise has learned. 
FX has handed out a pilot order to Legion, an hour-long drama project from Marvel Television, FX Productions and Fargo executive producer Noah Hawley, TVWise has learned.
