The BBC has found their Charles Sobhraj. Tahar Rahim, who recently starred as FBI Special Agent Ali Soufan in Hulu's The Looming Tower, has signed on to play Sobhraj in the BBC One's eight episode limited series The Serpent. Stormzy has joined the cast of BBC One's Malorie Blackman adaptation Noughts + Crosses in a guest starring role. He will play newspaper editor Kolawale, a character created for the TV series. "As a diehard fan of Malorie's novels, being a part of this important show is a dream come true", he said.
