BBC One Orders ‘Zog And The Flying Doctors’ Adaptation For Christmas 2020
BBC One is continuing their relationship with Magic Light Pictures. The BBC's flagship channel has commissioned the production company to produce an adaptation of Zog And The Flying Doctors, based on the book by Julia Donaldson and Axel Scheffler, for their 2020 Christmas schedule. 

BBC One and Magic Light Pictures have set the cast for Roald Dahl's Revolting Rhymes. Dominic West (The Affair) is set to lead a voice cast that also includes David Walliams (Partners In Crime), Rob Brydon (The Brink), Tamsin Greig (Episodes), Bertie Carvel (Jonathan Strange & Mr Norrell), Rose Leslie (Game Of Thrones) Bel Powley (Benidorm), Gemma Chan (Humans) and Isaac Hempstead Wright (Game Of Thrones), TVWise has learned.
BBC One has ordered a one-off half-hour animated adaptation of kids book The Highway Rat from independent production company Magic Light Pictures, TVWise has learned. The adaptation is set to be a key part of BBC One's 2017 Christmas schedule.
