Little Gem Ups Rachel Harris To Head Of Development, Hires Harriet Dormer As Head Of Production
Fresh off of hiring Kate Maddigan as Head of Entertainment, independent production company Little Gem has promoted Senior Development Producer Rachel Harris to serve and Head Of Development. Additionally, the indie has hired Harriet Dormer to serve as their Head of Production. 
Little Gem has hired former Channel 4 exec Kate Maddigan to serve as their new Head of Entertainment, the indie announced on Thursday. Maddigan had been at Channel 4 for the last year serving as a Commissioning Editor on the formats team. During her time in post she looked after such shows as LEGO Masters for Channel 4, and Celebs Go Dating, My Hotter Half and Five Star Hotel for E4.
